Jennifer Stevenson acts for a number of commercial farms and rural businesses throughout Scotland. She has developed considerable expertise in advising clients on the purchase and sale of farms and land as well as property development, diversification projects and renewables.

Jennifer’s clients value her proactive approach and problem-solving skills, which help drive complex transactions forward efficiently. Her understanding of both the legal and commercial challenges facing rural enterprises allows her to provide practical, well-rounded advice tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Jennifer's strong client relationships are built on her ability to understand their businesses and work closely with them to achieve their goals. She is known for her attention to detail and reliable guidance throughout every stage of a transaction.

Jennifer is a member of the Agricultural Law Association.

Jennifer became a Director at Lows in 2024, further solidifying her leadership within the firm. Originally from a family farm in Orkney, Jennifer remains deeply connected to the rural community. She graduated with First Class Honours in Law, followed by a Distinction in her Diploma in Legal Practice. Before returning to Orkney, she gained valuable experience working for Raeburn Christie Clark and Wallace, and thereafter Brodies LLP in Aberdeen.
